All your efforts will help to create further brand awareness and enhance the public image of Transguard across the full spectrum of its portfolio. Persistence, attention to detail and a knack for storytelling are all essential skills for this role.Responsibilities:Financial

• Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure alignment between budget vs spend
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing efforts and assess against annual and monthly KPIs

Customer

• Collaborate with internal design team and external website development team to create, update and optimize the websites in Transguard\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio
• Maintain, manage and evolve Transguard\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with an aim to increase engagement rates and build on Transguard\xe2\x80\x99s brand reputation

Process

• Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising
• Create both monthly and annual digital marketing plans that support Transguard\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategy for continuous growth

Innovation

• Identify trends/insights and optimize spend and performance while proactively developing strategies to overcome potential challenges
• Brainstorm creative new growth strategies

SkillsSelection Criteria

• BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other related field; certification or coursework in digital marketing is a plus
• Demonstrable experience of 3 to 5 years in managing social media channels, SEO/SEM efforts and display advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software
• Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and social media best practices
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Must be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Ability to collaborate with all areas of the organization and to provide exceptional service both internally and externally
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
• Time management skills
