Digital Marketing Manager
who can take our online presence and lead generation to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
lead generation campaigns
across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms targeting property buyers, investors, and tenants.
Strategically manage and grow company's
social media presence
to build brand awareness and engagement.
Create content calendars, oversee creatives, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
Track and optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI on marketing spend.
Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with property launches, open houses, and promotions.
Explore influencer collaborations and real estate-specific digital trends to gain market traction.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years in digital marketing (Real Estate experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of paid ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and SEO basics.
Proven track record in generating qualified leads in the real estate sector.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends.
Proficiency in content planning, analytics tools, and CRM integration.
