Digital Marketing Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and ROI/KPI targets.
• Lead and motivate the digital marketing team, conducting skills audits and training programs.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and vendors.
• Forecast market trends and proactively launch campaigns to increase market share and conversions.
• Manage and optimize the hospital's digital properties, including websites, apps, and integrations.
• Oversee all social media accounts, CRM, and rollout of engagement strategies.
• Execute campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, blogs, affiliate, mobile, and social media).
• Track and analyze campaign data to enhance performance using tools such as Google Analytics, user testing, and focus groups.
• Research customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Co-develop a content strategy ensuring SEO-friendly, brand-consistent messaging.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, backlinking, and on/off-site optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Professional Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing or Advertising.
• Proven expertise in digital channels, website analytics, and social media best practices.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and latest digital marketing technologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Healthcare marketing experience is a plus.
