Haus51 is looking for a Real Estate experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Duties and Responsibilities
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Develop and monitor campaigns Google AdWords / Social media Campaigns / Budget (SEM, Display, Social media)
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms (latest tracking IOS updates)
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and campaign analytics
- Hands-on experience with campaign analytics and A/B testing tools.
- Understanding of Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager
- Optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging and providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed and optimize digital advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for real estate projects and compelling copywriting for various marketing channels.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign\xe2\x80\x99s overall performance
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience analysing and identifying trends to plan against results
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites for property listings.
- Create eye-catching landing pages to capture leads and drive conversions.
- Craft engaging social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- At least 3 to 5 years of UAE Real Estate experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends and housing market.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Managing performance campaigns focused on lead generation and sales in THE UAE REAL ESTATE MARKET.
- Experience in social media and content generation.
- Must possess excellent English communication and writing/Verbal skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Candidate will take responsibility of all the campaigns and should work without supervision.
- Can be available to target Chinese and Russian client with minimum budget of 4 millions to 10 millions.
