We are looking for a Digital Marketing to join our newly formed Forex company As the Digital Marketing Manager you will play a key role in driving qualified lead generation through the effective use of various digital & social marketing channels through strategy, day to day implementation of campaigns and managing third party relationships via Digital Agencies. With full ownership of managing PPC, Display, SEO, CRO, Content and Social Media channels, you will analyze performance and look at ways to improve warm leads to our website. You will work close with the founding team and build this new venture in all aspects related to marketing and Lead management and track conversions. As the Digital Marketing your key responsibilities will be:
Open new channels for business (offline & online)
To plan, implement and deliver activity across various digital marketing channels to generate quality leads to the website
You will own and lead on our digital advertising activity at all stages of the funnel across multiple online channels including AdWords, YouTube and Social Media
You will have a good understanding of the customer journey, lead management & CRM to deliver a seamless online experience for customers and strategic partners alike
Analyse channel performance on a regular basis including reporting and spotting opportunities to improve on ROI
To work with wider teams to ensure digital content and tone voice is on brand ensuring it\xe2\x80\x99s optimised for SEO purposes to generate relevant traffic
To lead SEO best practice by working independently and with digital agency (where required), regularly reviewing keyword and phrase relevance, ensuring both on and offsite SEO delivers consistent growth in relevant, quality traffic.
Planning, strategizing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in line with the budgets allocated.
Comfortable with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Crazy Egg etc.
Extensive knowledge of campaign management basis the analytical reports generated for various mediums/platforms and the set KPIs for the campaigns. (Campaigns focusing on CPM, CPL, CPA, CTR, CTV Reach, Engagement etc.)
Hands-on, relevant experience of managing and optimizing social media handles \xe2\x80\x93 Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
Key skills of the Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager:
Energetic, focused and target driven
Successful track record in delivering leads through digital channels
Highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment
Experience in a lead generation using web, digital & social media
Analytical approach with a strong ability for analysing data and visitor statistics
Google AdWords and Analytics certified a plus
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms like Tealium, CustomerLabs CDP etc.
Hands-on experience in implementing projects like WhatsApp Business Marketing, Chatbots etc.
Working knowledge of designing user journeys in CRM
