The Role We are currently seeking an experienced \xe2\x80\x98Digital Marketing Manager\xe2\x80\x99 to manage the marketing of our different products and brands across the group. You will be guiding and driving the business forward You will be working closely with the development team, sales team and shareholders. The role is based in our Islamabad office. The main responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Expert in Search engine optimization (SEO), Search engine Marketing (SEM), Social media marketing (SMM), Pay per click (PPC), Mobile Apps Marketing and App store optimization (ASO).
  • Manage and control all Mobile apps marketing campaigns, to build space in market by achieving maximum number of downloads
  • Manage stable ratings and top ranking on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Analyse and track data to maximize the performance of campaigns and content to achieve customer acquisition, online marketing and growth goals.
  • Manage Google analytic dashboards to monitor SEO and content performance for digital strategy development
  • Perform competitor analysis to understand their web, SEO, link building, and content marketing efforts.
  • Continuously research, identify and execute on new marketing channels Perform keyword research to optimize existing content, understand search trends, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Raising brand awareness across all the product groups
  • Taking full responsibility and driving the products forward through online marketing
  • Understanding our market place and the products our customers want
  • Drive product awareness through creation and execution of online marketing campaigns and activities
  • Website and content development
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders on all strategic planning of online campaigns and co-ordination with other marketing activities
  • Make provisions for monitoring and measurement where necessary and share reporting for online marketing activity
  • Driving web, social media, SMS and affiliate marketing campaigns using tools like Google Adwords and Google Analytics
  • Carrying out market research, competitor and customer analysis
  • Putting together and managing the online marketing plans in line with changes in the business
The Team Our Digital Marketing team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire our customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our marketing and engagement operations into a modern, data-driven organization. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing / Computer Sciences from an accredited institute. 5-9 years of agency experience managing digital marketing initiatives. Desired Skills and Experience
  • Solid, hands-on, in-house, marketing experience helping to drive awareness and growth for small to medium sized companies working to a strict marketing budget
  • Exposure to ethnic or group markets, linked to a thorough understanding of segmentation and the dynamics of utilising distribution networks
  • An understanding of the telecoms industry
  • Experience of running B2C campaigns
  • Extensive online marketing experience
  • Excellent communications skills, i.e. oral, written and listening skills coupled with a strong technique to hold meaningful discussions at a variety of levels across an organisation
  • Must have a strong presence and exhibit a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude balanced by an extremely approachable demeanour
  • Good judgment and being able to think on your feet
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills
