About the Job:

Help define and implement Madinat Jumeirah hotels digital marketing strategy, providing vision, frameworks and assistance to Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, Jumeirah Al Naseem and Jumeirah Mina A\' Salam to optimise traffic acquisition for Jumeirah.com, mobile and social throughout all steps of the customer journey, across all devices, and in multiple languages - in order to drive interest towards Jumeirah\'s brand and properties and increase profitable direct bookings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Create and implement the digital marketing strategy for the Madinat Jumeirah resort in line with the overarching hotel marketing strategy - through the optimal utilisation of digital channels and the focus on conversion to generate quality traffic and support the achievement of commercial targets.

Accountable for Madinat Jumeriah website content utilising CMS, ensuring accuracy, TOV and brand alignment.

Collate and analyse data using available sources including Jumeirah\'s Business Insights and Google Analytics to determine brand website performance for Madinat Jumeirah hotels, rate performance, demand trends, BOB insights, determine need periods and other create meaningful ad-hoc reports with findings and recommendations.

Campaign management including media buying with a key focus on improving performance on paid channels (paid search, metasearch, display campaigns for prospecting and re-marketing, affiliates, and social networks for conversions) as well as on increasing organic traffic from search engine optimization (SEO).

Develop and execute A/B testing for digital marketing campaigns and ensure campaign optimisation towards best performing creatives.

Analyse performance to ensure campaigns are delivering on set KPIs.

Manage relationships with and performance of digital media agencies to ensure all Madinat Jumeirah hotels benefit from the most advanced technical frameworks, best media-buying conditions, and most qualitative service levels.

Utilise CRO and personalisation tools to improve guest journey for the Madinat Jumeirah hotels on the brand website.

Support the development and deployment of Madinat Jumeirah digital marketing campaigns, including the development of digital content in various languages, the recommendation of best-fit deployment channels per segment and the actual campaign launch, to reach current and prospective customers in a compelling manner.

Liaise with the Group Digital Marketing to improve measurement and reporting tools and processes, optimise spend across paid channels via attribution modelling and spread a data-driven culture throughout the organisation.

Provide guidance to the Madinat Jumeirah marketing team for CMS and the adjustment of digital marketing campaigns to their local context and market, to support their efforts in attracting new customers, retaining current ones and generating more online bookings.

Email marketing and CRM offers and communication.

Managing social media channels with assistant manager ensuring content is on brand and achieves defined KPIs.

Responsible for OTA content and advertising strategy.

Coordinate to continuously align marketing efforts to ensure consistency and connectivity between the Group\'s online and offline marketing campaigns.

Protect, develop, and grow the Madinat Jumeirah hotels brand on all digital channels in order to ensure that every digital marketing strategy safeguards the Group from online brand infringement and is in line with the Group\'s brand image.

Remain updated of new digital media and digital marketing best practice to continuously improve digital brand positioning, ensure online representation of the brand, and keep the Group at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Conduct competitor analysis to provide insights on competition practices and formulate recommendations to improve the Group\'s online presence and showcase its competitive advantages.

Provide digital marketing related training and on boarding for new hotel marketing colleagues.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for participating in change initiatives, programmes and projects considering best practices, improvement of processes, innovation, and productivity improvement.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Essential: Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.

Desirable: Master\'s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.

At least 8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a recognised blue-chip organization, digital advertising agency, hospitality organisation etc.

In-depth experience of working in e-commerce and digital marketing, having directly impacted online revenues.

Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.

Strong affiliation with interactive marketing and media strategy, planning and campaign management.

Solid data analysis and interpretation.

Good understanding of core hotel operations.

Solid understanding of enterprise marketing analytics implementation and marketing planning skills.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
