Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who can help us to make our better business. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media Ads, ORM, and Manage Online Real Estate Platforms. Your primary responsibilities are as follows: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors. Manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Posts-Engagement on social media at regular intervals to get more followers and likes on our accounts Run ads on Google and you must know about bidding strategy, target audience, keyword research, conversions, ranking ad on top and absolute top of the page, competitor analysis, etc., and generate potential leads. Run ads on social media accounts to generate potential leads at a suitable CPL. Manage or publish property listings on other online real estate platforms, and you will be negotiating marketing contracts with the vendors to get a reasonable deal for the company. Branding and ORM. You must create and maintain a favorable brand image of the company and its products.He/she is in charge of every social media account of the company\'s brands and monitors any negative impression by the customers. You will develop monthly reports on the performance of accounts and analyze the customers\' data and share your findings. Content writing Assist in establishing effective modern Brand & Communication strategy and guidelines. Effective strategy planning, implementation, and monitoring. Effective implementation of the strategy through Campaigns, events, partners & influencers communication. Coordination with real estate consultants for go to market strategies. Effective coordination with Media related agencies. Maximize Brand awareness and Lead generation through different channels and using different tools. Effective Strategy communication through social media channels and Copy/content writing. Effective coordination with Photographer and videographer to create media assets for company utilization. Support in creating unique User Interface / User experience for digital tools including website and mobile application. Ensure implementation of modern communication techniques. Help establish Sales Center Customer Journey/ experience. Monitoring marketing and media budget efficiently. Prepare ROI and ad-hoc reports on projects/campaigns as needed. Competitor market analysis, benchmarking, gather intelligence, and market survey. Managing Company PR to maximize exposure and communication of brand values to the public. Help Establish Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns. Support company in achieving both local and international awards Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Experience:
