Role Overview

We are seeking a

dynamic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager

to lead all digital marketing activities for Avian Global in

Qatar

. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end digital strategy -- from social media, lead generation, and paid campaigns to website optimization and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across

Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok

. Oversee

lead generation campaigns

for immigration and overseas programs (Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, etc.). Manage content creation -- including

ad creatives, social media posts, and video campaigns

-- in alignment with the brand's tone and goals. Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure

maximum ROI and lead quality

. Coordinate with the

Sales & Customer Excellence Team

to align marketing campaigns with business targets. Supervise design, content, and digital support teams to maintain

brand consistency and excellence

. Stay updated with global digital trends and apply innovative strategies to strengthen Avian Global's online presence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

3-6 years

of experience in digital marketing, preferably in

service or education/immigration industry

. Strong knowledge of

performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools.

Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and team management skills. Should be

based in Doha

or willing to relocate.
