Social Media + Email Marketing Specialist

to create content that not only looks great--but gets results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Create engaging videos, reels, and motion graphics to showcase our services Set up and run email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows Drive inquiries and orders through social media and email campaigns Track performance metrics, conversions, and optimize for better engagement Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional brand voice Plan and execute content calendars in coordination with design & sales teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field

2+ years of experience in Social Media & Email Marketing Proficient in tools like

Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut

, or similar Experience with

Mailchimp, Klaviyo

, or other email platforms Strong writing and communication skills Ability to design posts, create short videos & motion graphics Knowledge of current trends, hashtags, and creative formats for Reels & TikTok Understanding of customer behavior and sales-oriented content A portfolio showcasing your work (social posts, emails, videos, etc.) Experience in performance marketing and analytics tools Previous work in a tech or B2B-focused company
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
