We are seeking a proactive and creative

Marketing Executive

to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing activities. This hybrid role combines both on-site and remote work, offering flexibility while ensuring strong collaboration with the marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current marketing tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning



Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer insights, and competitive trends. Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Digital Marketing



Manage and update company social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, engagement). Assist in running digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms. Optimize SEO/SEM activities to boost visibility and performance. Monitor analytics and generate performance reports with insights and recommendations. Maintain and update company website.

Content Creation



Create marketing materials including posts, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and ad copies. Write, edit, and proofread content for online and offline use.

Lead Generation & Sales Support



Support lead generation campaigns and follow-up funnels. Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, company profiles, and promotional materials.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks



Maintain marketing calendars, project lists, and team timelines. Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Manage the assigned teams, customer coordination, and asset preparation. Content writing for social media platform. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
