We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an
Online Marketing & E-Commerce Executive
. This role is key to supporting our digital operations and online business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Manage online marketing activities across platforms (social media, email, etc.) Create and update product catalogues with professional content and design Edit and enhance company model and product images for digital use Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website Handle online customer inquiries and manage online orders efficiently Respond promptly to customer messages on WhatsApp and other communication channels Create customer invoices and maintain accurate order records Support overall growth of the company's online business
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) Website development or management experience is an advantage Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus) Ability to handle customers professionally and respond on time Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
