Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and DV360.
  • Manage end-to-end SEM, social media, and display advertising strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Support media planning, budgeting, and multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies on assets, tracking setup, and landing page optimization.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Execute A/B testing and remarketing campaigns to improve performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance and paid media.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and DV360.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, GTM, and mobile attribution platforms (MMPs).
  • Working familiarity with SEO, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Strong communication, project management, and multitasking capabilities.
