Harvey Norman is an established international retailer in Electronics, Computers, Furniture & Bedding with a prominent international presence in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, North Ireland, Slovenia, Croatia, Malaysia and Singapore. In support with our growing business needs, we are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join us!

We are looking for an experiences Digital Marketing candidate to assist in the planing, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must be passionate for all things marketing and technology. Candidate need to be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. Candidate should also be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Plan, execute and manage the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
Work with performance based agency to launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc to increase brand and promotions awareness, and drive store traffic.
Devise creative digital campaigns to drive store visits
Provide analytics, insights and improvement actions for all digital channels such as social, website, email marketing and display ads.
Plan and run CRM campaigns based on segmentation and target offerings, map out the customer journey and organise communications including emails, completing with analysis of campaign results, and put forward recommendations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years working experience with proved record in digital marketing.
Experience with:
- B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- CRM management.
- Creative content writing
Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Excellent communication skills in English, BM and Mandarin preferred. Inspired to take on this challenge?
