Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities: Candidate will develop creative print & digital marketing strategies (including web, magazine, email, social media, videos, graphics, e-newsletters, blogs, display advertising campaigns, etc.), enhance social media presence, effectively measure campaigns' performance, evaluate emerging technologies and provide thoughtful suggestions for adaptation. This position reports to the CEO.

  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying new customers.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Creating promotions with advertising managers in digital platforms.
  • Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
  • Researching the demand for the organization's products and services.
  • Evaluating competitors.
  • Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.
Marketing Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration,
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • SEO: 2 years (Required)
  • Proven SEO experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
