About the Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies in line with business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.

Google Ads Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for effective campaign targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Social Media Poster Design:
- Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for use in social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content.
- Stay updated on design trends and implement innovative ideas in poster creation.

SEO Knowledge:
- Implement basic SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and website ranking.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Stay informed about SEO best practices and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Minimum 1 year experience as a digital marketer in UAE / Home Country
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and Google Ads.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
Experience in designing social media posters and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
