Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will manage paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms including META, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads to promote VOX Cinemas, Global Snow, and Leisure & Entertainment brands. The role ensures alignment with product launches, promotions, and strategic marketing initiatives while optimizing performance to achieve business goals.

What You'll Do

• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on META, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads (Search & Display).
• Align digital activities with movie launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital assets including banners, ad copies, and video creatives.
• Track campaign performance in real time and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Support implementation of pixels, conversion tracking, and event tracking across platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and manage bid strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to measure campaign effectiveness and share insights with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives comply with platform guidelines.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media execution.
• Hands-on experience with META Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Knowledge of Martech tools such as CDPs, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
