Digital Marketing Executive - GMG - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive at GMG will be part of the Corporate Communications team within the People Department, reporting directly to the Content Manager. This role focuses on community growth, lead generation, and execution of high-performing digital campaigns across social media, website and SEO, and paid media channels. Success in this role is measured by the quality and volume of leads generated, supported by strong analytics, content execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation, Website Management and Optimization

  • Develop engaging digital content including blog posts, website copy, and social media updates optimized for SEO and user experience
  • Support website content execution and optimization to improve performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with SEO teams to plan and manage blog content that drives organic traffic
  • Coordinate with external digital agencies on content angles and execution for Google Ads and other platforms
Offline Marketing and Stakeholder Outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine digital strategies
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Track, monitor, and analyze lead generation and campaign performance metrics
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and brand positioning
Collaboration and Strategy Development
  • Work closely with the Content Manager to develop and refine digital marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Video and Photography teams to produce engaging digital assets
  • Support campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple digital platforms
Ideal Profile
  • Graduate degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, website management, SEO, and SEM
  • Prior experience working on the client side or within a digital or marketing agency
  • Experience managing and coordinating with external agencies and cross-functional internal teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve lead quality
Technical and Functional Skills
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram Ads), and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of SEO, lead conversion strategies, and digital analytics tools
  • Experience in audience targeting, A and B testing, and campaign performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
