We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Executive

for our fast-growing real estate company who is creative, proactive, and results-driven. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, generating qualified leads, and producing high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing expertise along with hands-on experience in

videography and video editing

for property promotions and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and property portals Create engaging content for social media, websites, and online listings Handle

videography and photography

for property shoots, site visits, and corporate branding Edit videos for reels, YouTube, ads, and promotional campaigns Manage and grow company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to promote listings and projects Manage basic graphic design tasks (banners, flyers, social media creatives)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, preferably in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation Hands-on experience in

videography, photography, and video editing

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar Ability to shoot and edit short-form and long-form property videos Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Good communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) Basic knowledge of CRM tools UAE driving license is an advantage
