is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our luxury retail team, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and visual storytelling.
The ideal candidate shall have a refined eye for design, a solid understanding of luxury branding, and hands-on experience creating visually compelling content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic design for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials
Creating on-brand visuals aligned with luxury aesthetics
Social media management and content planning
Digital campaigns & performance marketing
Analytics, reporting, and optimization
Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, website assets, emailers, and in-store digital screens.
Develop creative concepts and layouts that reflect luxury brand positioning and storytelling
Maintain consistency of brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines across all digital touchpoints
Create engaging static and motion-based content (posts, stories, banners, reels, ads)
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to translate campaign ideas into visually compelling creatives
Support digital marketing campaigns with strong creative direction and execution
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative assets
Review performance of visual content and refine designs based on engagement and campaign results
Stay updated on design trends, digital innovations, and luxury market aesthetics
Requirements & Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, beauty, jewellery, or premium brands.
Strong creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and aesthetics.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a strong advantage.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms.
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and composition.
Ability to adapt creative concepts for different digital platforms and formats.
