We are currently looking for Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Google Adwords campaigns
POSITION SUMMARY
Primarily, this role will design, implement, and drive AdWords campaigns and other marketing initiatives. Specifically, to oversee, monitor, test, and fine tune PPC campaigns to help drive more leads and customer acquisition. This position will be responsible for establishing campaign and ad group strategy, quantifying ROI, and ensuring paid campaigns are performing to their greatest potential.
This role will also be tasked with providing occasional onsite SEO by conducting website (WordPress) audits and looking for areas to improve the SEO, keyword ranking, and overall website performance. The ideal candidate will have specific experience maximizing PPC campaigns with a high attention to detail and analytics, and be passionate about online marketing best practices with an eye to constantly improve function.
There is also the opportunity to create copy & design for creatives. Not the primary focus of this role and not a requirement, but we are open to a high degree of collaborative work, so this position will have a degree of creativity as well.
The Job:
Create and execute Google Ad and Facebook Ad campaigns designed to drive leads and acquire new customers.
Analyze keyword and ad performance/trends, make recommendations to improve ranking, with a focus on customer acquisition, and retention/reengagement.
Provide onsite SEO on WordPress platform.
Lead and work cooperatively on keyword optimization/bidding, ads.
Make recommendations to improve bidding ROI and manage Split A/B testing plans on AdWords, track performance results, and make recommendations for further improvement.
Partner directly with Director of Digital Marketing to support multiple AdWords and Facebook campaigns.
Assist in strategic direction for new and ongoing campaigns.
Assist in creating ad copy and design to create compelling and high converting display
creatives for display ads and landing pages.
Compile weekly reports and data to drive account insights and strategy.
Job Requirements:
Experience with creating and managing AdWords campaigns. Google AdWords & Google Anayltics certification is a plus. Experience with Facebook Ads also a plus.
Wxperience working with the WordPress platform.
Functional experience in SEO/SEM
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate analytics into recommendations, insights, and functional production plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
