Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager who will lead our brand's digital presence, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Strong photography and creative design skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Manage daily posting, content scheduling, community interactions, and brand engagement. Monitor trends, analytics, and platform insights to optimize performance.

Creative Content & Photography

Capture high-quality photos and videos for products, services, events, and campaigns. Produce visually appealing creative designs, such as social media visuals, ads, posters, and promotional materials. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

Plan and implement seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and brand messaging. Support offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and store branding.

Customer Relationship & Communication

Engage with customers through social platforms, email, and other channels. Respond professionally to inquiries, feedback, and reviews. Work closely with sales/service teams to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media & marketing reports. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose improvements. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role. Strong photography skills (product, lifestyle, and event photography). Proficiency in creative design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently. Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
