Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market and audience research to guide targeting and messaging.
Manage and optimize digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid ads.
Drive lead generation
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Develop and execute content and editorial calendars to boost traffic and conversions.
Design digital assets for campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, banners, and ads, ensuring brand consistency.
Optimize content for SEO; manage and refine PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
Build and grow social media communities through creative campaigns.
Track KPIs and campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the BDM.
Continuously improve campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or Media Studies
2-3 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Energetic, passionate, and proactive
Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, email, content, and online advertising
Skilled in digital marketing tools and analytics
Proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) for creating digital assets
Creative with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
