Job Description

Job Summary:

The Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:



1.Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

2.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written)

3.Monitor and respond to user interactions on social media platforms, fostering a positive community.

4.Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and strategy.

Content Creation:



5.Produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.

6.Manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting of content.

Digital Marketing:



7.Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

8.Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Media Buying



9.Run META Lead Generation and Awareness Campaigns

10.Plan and execute Google Ad Strategy and Campaigns

Email Marketing:



11.Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

SEO/SEM:



12.Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.

13.Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.

14.Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:



15.Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Prepare monthly reports on social media, email, and digital marketing performance.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing (MailChimp), and social media advertising. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the real estate or luxury goods industry. Proficiency in design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a must.
