Fundfloat Academy is a leading trading academy in Dubai, offering expert-led forex trading programs. We're hiring a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, grow brand presence, and manage our digital channels end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Define and track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Continuously refine strategies based on data insights and platform updates. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Looker Studio. Set up tracking, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights with weekly/monthly reports. Plan and manage content calendars across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Create, schedule, and publish engaging, platform-specific content. Collaborate with the design team on ad creatives, video editing, and campaign assets. Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. Drive lead generation with clear CPL targets to deliver qualified leads to the sales team. Manage SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing with measurable results. Monitor competitor activities, emerging trends, and platform updates. Adjust strategies to remain competitive and innovative.

Required Qualifications

Any bachelor's degree. 1 - 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (education/training niche is a plus). Proven expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Practical skills in SEO/SEM and WordPress (website/landing page management). Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management abilities. Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership.

Pay: AED 2,500 - AED 3,000 per month

Experience:

Digital marketing: 2 year (Preferred)
