Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies to promote residential and/or commercial properties, generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and support the overall sales goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing campaigns for new and existing real estate projects. Create engaging content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing. Coordinate with creative and advertising agencies to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements. Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and respond to inquiries promptly. Plan and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Maintain and update CRM with campaign responses and client interactions. Prepare periodic marketing reports and presentations for management.

Pre-requisites:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies. Proficient in MS Office, Canva/Photoshop, and marketing automation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and analytical skills
