Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Community Engagement:
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to build relationships and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate social strategies with SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on platform updates, trending content, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns relevant.
Brand Voice:
Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media ad platforms.
Strong understanding of major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).
Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
