Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive

to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. This role is critical in driving user acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI across multiple paid channels.

The ideal candidate will have

3-5 years of hands-on experience

in managing digital ad platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or others), strong analytical skills, and a performance-first mindset. Prior experience in

technology, fintech, or financial services

will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

l Plan, execute, and continuously optimize

pay-per-click (PPC)

campaigns to drive quality traffic, improve CTR, and reduce customer acquisition costs (CPA).

l Develop and implement

SEO/SEM strategies

to increase website visibility, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

l Design and manage

paid social media advertising

campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms to enhance brand reach and engagement.

l Analyze campaign data and performance metrics regularly to generate actionable insights and reports.

l Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, analytics) and external partners (agencies, media platforms) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

l Stay up to date with

digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

to explore new opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in

performance/digital marketing

, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience managing campaigns on

Meta Ads, Google Ads

, or similar platforms.

Proficiency with

analytics tools

(e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets for reporting).

Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.

Detail-minded

, proactive, and focused on achieving measurable results.

Experience in

technology, fintech, or financial services

is a strong plus.
