Design Mart, a leading interior fit-out company based in Dubai, is seeking a creative and results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

to strengthen our online presence and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and enhance our brand awareness in the highly competitive UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn). Conduct SEO/SEM audits and implement on-page/off-page strategies to improve rankings. Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, videos) relevant to the interior fit-out industry. Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Coordinate with the design and site team to document project progress for digital content. Handle email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Monitor digital trends, competitors, and campaign performance for continuous improvement. Prepare regular performance reports and suggest actionable insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction or interior design industry. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and CRM systems. Proficient in content creation and basic video/photo editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools). Strong knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of local UAE interior fit-out market and customer behavior. Basic understanding of WordPress or website CMS platforms. Arabic language skills (a plus).
