- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking services through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with account services, including opening, closing, updating information, and processing service requests like card replacements or PIN resets.
- Provide guidance on banking products, helping customers understand and choose suitable services such as loans, savings accounts, and digital banking tools.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation for compliance and follow-up.
- UAE National with a valid Family Book
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - both in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in any major
