Overview
As the In-House Digital Executive, you will be responsible for managing FGREALTY's digital marketing channels, creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, and optimizing our online presence to generate leads and build brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with sales, listing, and creative teams to maximize digital impact.
Key Responsibilities, Digital Campaign Management
Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Manage email marketing campaigns and database segmentation
Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives to improve website ranking and organic traffic
Content Creation & Social Media
Produce, schedule, and publish engaging content on FGREALTY's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop property videos, visuals, and marketing materials
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM analytics, and other tools
Generate detailed reports on lead generation, website traffic, and ROI, recommending improvements based on data
Monitor competitor digital activities and trends to identify new opportunities
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with sales and listing teams to promote key property listings and special offers
Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary
Align digital marketing activities with offline events, promotions, and company branding
Qualifications & Skills Requirement
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within real estate or luxury brands
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CMS (WordPress preferred)
