Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

:

1.

Digital Strategy & Implementation:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.

Research and implement the latest digital marketing trends to enhance campaign performance.

Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Manage and grow social media accounts through regular posts, audience engagement, and paid promotions.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality, visually appealing, and informative content.

Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

Manage and grow social media accounts by creating posts, engaging with audiences, and running paid campaigns.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and informative content.

Plan and execute influencer marketing and brand collaboration initiatives.

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation:

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) to improve ad performance.

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and call-to-action strategies.

Email & CRM Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for customer engagement and retention.

Segment audiences and personalize content for higher open and conversion rates.

Manage CRM tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce for lead nurturing.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

Track and measure digital marketing performance using analytics tools.

Prepare and present reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Identify and resolve issues affecting campaign performance.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

Proficiency in content creation and design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software such as Premiere Pro (required).

Strong multitasking and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
