About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. You'll be responsible for generating quality leads, increasing ROI, and building powerful online brand visibility for our company and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ad campaigns with clear performance goals (leads, sales, traffic, awareness) Run and optimize TikTok Ads with high-performing creatives and audience targeting Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing Monitor performance and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager Coordinate with creative/design team for ad visuals, copies, and landing pages Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies for lead generation and sales Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns Proven success in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CPL, ROI, and lead quality metrics Experience with tracking tools (Pixel, GTM, UTM, Google Analytics) Excellent copywriting and creative briefing skills Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
