Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

to develop and implement online marketing campaigns to boost our brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and email campaigns--preferably in the engineering, construction, or elevator industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across all platforms. Manage and grow the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Perform keyword research and SEO optimization of website and blogs. Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation. Create marketing content in coordination with the design team (ads, videos, brochures). Monitor and report on performance analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights). Generate quality leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure follow-up. Maintain CRM tools and campaign automation (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Support marketing efforts for new product launches, AMC campaigns, or project showcases.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and website management (WordPress is a plus). Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in B2B or industrial/elevator/construction sectors is a plus.
