Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc.)
Manage and grow the company's online presence, including website and social media platforms
Create and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach
Analyze website traffic and marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging and brand-consistent content
Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1 or 2 years of experience in digital marketing (adjust for entry/junior roles)
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, etc.)
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
