Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns for property launches, open houses, and exclusive listings.
Generate quality leads for residential and commercial properties through Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
Manage content and SEO for the company website and landing pages.
Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead), ROAS, CTR, and engagement rate to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales and property teams to understand project goals and align marketing efforts.
Work with external agencies, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality promotional content.
Conduct market research on competitors and digital trends in the UAE property sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the UAE real estate market.
Proven track record in lead generation for real estate through digital channels.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Familiarity with UAE real estate platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
