Digital Marketing Executive Dubai, UAE Brief: We are looking for the digital marketing executive for one our clients offereing high-end/Luxury products. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conducting meticulous market and consumer research and analysis unveils invaluable insights, guiding strategic decisions and fostering tailored campaigns that resonate deeply with our audience's needs. 2. Uphold and enhance the brand image across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our audience. Manage brand guidelines and messaging across digital and offline platforms. 3. Content creation overseeing the entire process of ideating, creating, curating, and distributing various forms of content to engage, inform, and attract a target audience. 4. This multifaceted role requires development of content aligned with the brand's voice, values, and objectives, and fits with the marketing strategies in place in specific pertaining to the digital foot-print of the brand. 5. Copy-writing for websites, social media channels and any other digital content that will be shared on the digital realm. 6. To ensure consistency in messaging, quality, and relevance across platforms, often employing editorial calendars, content management systems, and collaboration tools to streamline workflows. 7. Focus on collaboration/working with new customers while retaining existing relationships to foster loyalty. Continuous engagement through personalized communication, and memorable brand interactions long-term relationships within the industry. 8. Manage and optimize the brand's digital presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. 9. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, Paid social media, Paid Media etc.). EDUCATION A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. However, formal training in embroidery and design, such as a degree in fashion design or a related field, is advantageous. Relevant work experience in crystal embroidery is highly valued. EXPERIENCE 5+ years in a marketing role within the fashion or lifestyle industry, UAE preferred LANGUAGE SKILLS English, Arabic, (knowledge of more languages is beneficial) SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong understanding of brand positioning and marketing principles.
