Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase online conversions. This role involves managing social media channels, optimizing digital content, running targeted ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.

The Key Responsibilities Required:1. Digital Marketing Strategy:



Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data-driven analytics.

2. Social Media Management:



Create, manage, and grow Company's presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok). Develop creative and engaging content tailored to each platform. Monitor and respond to audience interactions promptly to build community engagement.

3. Content Creation and Management:



Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Write engaging and persuasive copy for digital campaigns, newsletters, and the company website. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing:



Conduct keyword research to improve website content and increase organic traffic. Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines. Monitor and report on SEO performance, making adjustments as needed.

5. Paid Advertising (PPC) and Campaign Management:



Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Create targeted ads and manage retargeting campaigns to boost conversions.

6. Email and SMS Marketing:



Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to optimize performance.

7. Analytics and Reporting:



Track KPIs and generate detailed performance reports for digital marketing activities. Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and social media insights to gather data and present findings to stakeholders. Proactively recommend adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.

They need to possess these qualifications:



Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media algorithms. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Klavio, Canva). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
