Join us as we continue to bloom and bring a touch of elegance to Dubai and beyond. : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to develop and execute effective online marketing strategies. This role involves managing various digital channels, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Create, manage, and optimize content for the company\'s website, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into campaigns.
Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and more.
Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in graphic design and video editing.
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management.
