We are hiring western Full-Time Digital Marketing Executive for our Gym at Mina Rashid Port, Maritime City - Dubai. We are AB Fitness (Sports, Events, Gymnasium, Indoor Sports, Health Supplement Shop, Health Cafeteria & many more). We are leading Fitness & Gymnasium organization, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community, and we are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to our mission. Salary: AED 2500 to 3500 (Depend on experience) & pick up & drop facility from Burjuman metro station to gym. Important Note: 1. She must be available in Dubai. 2. She must have at least 1 year experience as Digital Marketing Executive in UAE. Job Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of the AB Fitness business in Dubai. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital strategies with overall marketing plans. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the brand\'s presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging and shareable content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and image. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for the fitness brand. Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, relevant content for various digital channels, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and newsletters. Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and resonates with the target audience. Email Marketing: Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote fitness programs, classes, and events. Monitor email performance metrics and implement improvements based on data analysis. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement and optimize SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility and ranking of the fitness brand in search engine results. Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay abreast of SEO best practices. Digital Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Analyze and optimize ad performance based on key metrics, ensuring cost-effective and results-driven campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to management, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the fitness brand\'s website, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with digital marketing goals. Implement strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Collaboration and Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, fitness bloggers, and relevant industry partners for collaboration and co-marketing opportunities. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in digital marketing and the fitness industry to ensure the brand remains competitive. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Strong understanding of Dubai\'s fitness market and consumer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software. Job Type: Full-time
