Job Summary: Looking for a Digital Marketing Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve KPIs and ROI goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media, website, blogs, as well as email newsletters
  • Manage and grow the company social media presence, including posting regular updates, engaging with the community, and running paid advertising campaigns
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and SEO best practices
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing email performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors\' activities
  • Track and report on digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics regularly
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or a related course
  • Must have proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media as well as display advertising campaigns
  • Must be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong working knowledge of ad serving tools including DART, Atlas etc
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels is a must
  • Good experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Must have good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development as well as constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Must have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends
