Job Summary: Looking for a Digital Marketing Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve KPIs and ROI goals
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media, website, blogs, as well as email newsletters
Manage and grow the company social media presence, including posting regular updates, engaging with the community, and running paid advertising campaigns
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and SEO best practices
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing email performance
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors\' activities
Track and report on digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics regularly
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or a related course
Must have proven working experience in digital marketing
Proven experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media as well as display advertising campaigns
Must be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Strong working knowledge of ad serving tools including DART, Atlas etc
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels is a must
Good experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Must have good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development as well as constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Must have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends
