We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing agency. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive online visibility, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for client campaigns. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for optimization. Optimize websites and landing pages for improved user experience, search engine visibility, and conversion rates. Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to develop engaging and relevant content for digital campaigns. Manage and grow clients' social media presence, including content creation, community management, and audience engagement. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry changes to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation. Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights and industry knowledge. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) working in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content. Highly organized with strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish strong relationships with clients.
