ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES Formulation of Strategies: Developing and implementing strategies that promote our company?s services and brand. Formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with existing and new consumers. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date. Campaign Management : Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You?ll be involved in the planning, segmentation, and execution.
Manage daily growth and development of assigned campaigns. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely. Content Marketing: Creating and uploading website material that is optimised for search engine results. Social Media: Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media channels. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Google Analytics: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals. Email Campaigns: Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels. REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in the real estate sector
