Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive is the key person in charge of executing the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing campaigns. She is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. It is therefore essential that She has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms. *The Digital Marketing Executive (Female) works closely with the Business Development Department, Operations, and Agency to achieve the goals such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display) Manage and maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms Manage social media marketing campaigns, Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic) Manage SEO campaigns, Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms Assist in conducting research on market trends, brand\xe2\x80\x99s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team Additional Responsibilities: Collecting Internal Reports from various team Act as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls Draft business and private correspondences on behalf of the CEO Manage multiple projects as assigned by the CEO related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships Skills Requirement: At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software Familiarity with web design Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company\xe2\x80\x99s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills; well-versed in English and Arabic language BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED5000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
