DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xc3\x98 Strategic Responsibilities: Product Strategy and New Product Development: Work closely with Creative Head to define the product strategy and bring new products to market for our seasonal collections a. Idea generation & Screening b. Concept Development c. Supplier Sourcing d. Product testing and feedback e. Launch strategy Market Analysis: Provide information about industries, customers, competitors, and other market variables to inform our brand and product strategy Retail Design: Support Creative Head with designing our retail outlets ensuring high commercial and creative standards Visual Merchandising: Plan and implement VM at our retail sites and at our retail partner sites \xc3\x98 Other Operational Responsibilities Take ownership of the internal Company Brand Book ensuring it is appropriately updated Design Marketing Collateral and customizations for Private Client Gather Private Client feedback on our customized orders Manage the Media Archive Develop and maintain Product Specifications Database Determine exhibitions where we should participate and lead coordination for them Manage relationship with our brand influencers Support implementation of the PR and Events strategy of the company Support Creative Head in creating and managing the Marketing budget Maintain and update the company website . Has experience working on Canva, Photoshop . Should be able to do photoshoot, make reels/vidoes, content creation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
