Job Description

1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's gift products and services.

- Develop seasonal and event-based marketing plans (e.g., holidays, festivals, corporate gifting occasions).

2. Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform.

- Run paid social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.

3. Content Creation & Management:

- Develop content for the website, blogs, newsletters, and social media.

- Collaborate with designers and photographers for high-quality product visuals.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Optimize website content and product pages for search engines.

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.

5. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads:

- Plan and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, display ads).

- Monitor performance and optimize for ROI.

6. Email Marketing:

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

- Segment customer lists and tailor messaging accordingly.

7. Website Management:

- Update and maintain the company website with new products, promotions, and content.

- Ensure smooth user experience and responsive design.

8. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc., to generate performance reports.

9. Collaboration with Sales & Design Teams:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and align marketing efforts.

- Coordinate with graphic designers for promotional materials.

10. Market & Competitor Research:

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.

- Suggest improvements based on market insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
