Job Description

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns through paid and organic channels.

Ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

2. SEO & Website Optimization

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.

Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and technical SEO elements to improve search rankings.

Monitor website performance, reducing bounce rates and increasing conversions.

Identify and resolve SEO-related issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and slow page speed.

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track SEO progress.

3. Social Media Management

Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).

Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, and videos.

Engage with followers, respond to comments, and increase audience interaction.

Develop and execute influencer and brand collaboration strategies.

4. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Media Ads)

Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Monitor ad performance, optimize bids, and improve ad targeting to enhance ROI.

Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and landing pages.

5. Content Marketing & Email Campaigns

Collaborate with content writers and designers to create blogs, landing pages, and social media posts.

Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

Implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

Track email campaign performance and improve open rates and conversions.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Generate performance reports and provide insights for strategy improvement.

Use A/B testing and analytics tools to optimize digital marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES



Demonstrated experience in SEO Proven SEM experience, including managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing Prior experience in E-commerce is essential Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Proficiency with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite) Experience conducting A/B and multivariate experiments Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM Bachelor of Master's degree in a quantitative, test-driven field Portfolio submission is required

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
