As part of the Digital Marketing team, within the wider Marketing and Communications department, you will support the Marketing Manager to achieve the organization\xe2\x80\x99s key objectives around fundraising, brand, service marketing, volunteering and influencing. You will manage the app, email, and social channels and support the production of creative and engaging multimedia content, in particular video, for social media and application. As part of our website refresh project, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders and agencies. Responsibilities:
Own the creation, launch, and reporting of all ad campaigns
Monitor & Optimize Marketing Campaigns
Report on ad campaign performance and make recommendations on how to better use paid ads to reach team goals
Maintain the cross-reporting sheet update daily
Support the Marketing Manager by providing insight
Work with the Graphic Designers to provide feedback on ad creative and optimize visuals for better campaign results
And other duties as needed to evolve this position
3+ years of experience in the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Deep understanding of Analytics, social media ad platforms
Stellar reporting and number-crunching skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
