We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role plays a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Manage and maintain the organization's website(s) with up-to-date content and best SEO practices.
Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Execute paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.
Manage email marketing campaigns and database segmentation for better engagement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Experience with website and marketing analytics tools
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are desirable.
