Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective
digital marketing campaigns
to promote the hypermarket's products, offers, and events.
Manage and grow the brand's presence on
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to increase customer reach and engagement.
Create engaging
content
(graphics, videos, captions, and blog posts) aligned with the brand tone and seasonal promotions.
Monitor
SEO/SEM
performance and optimize digital channels for better visibility and ranking.
Track, analyze, and report
campaign performance metrics
(CTR, engagement, conversion rates, ROI).
Collaborate with design, IT, and retail teams to ensure digital promotions align with in-store activities.
Stay updated with
digital marketing trends
and retail innovations to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in
digital marketing
, preferably in
retail, FMCG, or hypermarket environment.
Strong understanding of
social media management, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid ad campaigns.
Creative mindset with good communication and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in
Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
